The High-Performance Teaming Challenge cycle consists of four stages: Test, Exercise, Debrief, and Educate, spread across three sessions that foster continuous progress and learning.
This cycle enables teams to engage in practical activities that challenge their collaboration and problem-solving skills, promoting growth over time..
It highlights the importance of organizational culture, as teams bring their own work habits, communication styles, and dynamics into the activities. To succeed, team members need to communicate well and cooperate, which not only helps them solve the task but also shows how they can work better as a team.
Facilitators, working with the Centro de Psicologia Aplicada do Exército (CPAE), closely watch their behaviors. They look at how often certain actions happen and how a team's culture affects teamwork and problem-solving, helping assess how well the teams show important teamwork skills.
