The High Performance Teaming Challenge


Terms and Conditions


The High Performance Teaming event is property by The Agile Thinkers®, a Portuguese registered trade mark with headquarters in Lisbon, all rights are reserved to this entity and his subsidiaries.

Participation: 

  • Miniumum attendes per team: 6
  • Maximum attendees per team: 10

All the members need to be present during the full event. In case you lose a team member during the event your team will be disqualified. or more information, please check the Team Cancelation section.

As the event organizer, we hold the right to cancel or change the event (due to 3rd party, safety, or security reasons). We will always do our best to assure any replacement with equivalent interest and engagement. All other topics that aren’t cover in this included chapter is because they are excluded of the scope of this event. Team constitution:

We need to receive the full list of the team members until 2 weeks before the start date. The details we need are name, email and job position. Please note that the minimum number of attendees are 6. Teams under 6 attendees will not be considered. For more information, please check the Team Cancelation section.

Adding a team member: 

You cannot add or cancel any attendee, less than 2 weeks from the start date. Only replacements are accepted, due to logistic questions. 

Changing a team member:

Less than  2 weeks from the start date, only replacements are accepted, due to logistic questions.

Team Cancelation:

No cancelations are allowed less than 3 weeks from the start date, due to logistic questions, upon a payment of 1900€ (one thousand and nine hundred euros).

Prize:

The winning team and its members will receive:

  • Online access to the World Agility Forum conference that will be held during the same year;
  • Agile Thinkers Academy private training for the team about Psychological Safety and High Performance Teams;
  • Digital certificate of attendance;
  • Access to the XA Week online library;
  • Members of AT Slack Community.

Is not allowed in the premises of the event to promote other events, other entities, work or companies that aren’t sponsoring the event or allowed by the organizer. Reach to speakers for direct engagements, capture images, videos, or other without previous written consent from the organizer.

By registering for this event, you agree with the terms and conditions of the event.

By registering for this event, you agree subscribing to our newsletter, which you can always cancel later.

By registering for this event, you agree to authorise the organisation to take and use pictures of your team in the Agile Thinkers social media.

By registering for this event, you also agree in participating in a flash interview with the Agile Thinkers video crew and with the sharing of it in social media. In case of disagreement the team member(s) should let us know 2 weeks before the event start.

Without this, we will be unable to provide you with certain training services and communications, such as send you confirmation of your registration, news from our trainers and other important information. We are the data controller in respect of any personal data we collect about you and have appointed a data protection officer (DPO) who is responsible for monitoring our data protection compliance.
