Agility in Leadership and Organizations™


In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, agility is not just a buzzword but a fundamental requirement for successful leadership and organizational resilience. This class offered through the Agile Leadership Journey is a transformative learning experience designed to build more dynamic leadership in driving improved organizational agility. This comprehensive workshop covers our entire Leadership Journey Compass™, helping leaders develop new awareness and competencies as a leader in order to improve the organizations they serve. 




Through an immersive curriculum, participants develop change agent competencies to cultivate a growth mindset, embody catalyst behaviors, align values with agility, all in service to improving value delivery.


Key Learning Objectives:

1. Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Develop self-awareness through three leadership lenses of expert, achiever, and catalyst orientation in order to expand your leadership capacity and capability.

2. Embody Catalyst Behaviors: Expand capability as a leader through an improved sense and respond approach with the people and their work. Improve focus, power, feedback, and stakeholder engagement competencies.

3. Align Organizational Values: Assess organizational culture in relation to effectiveness and learn the levers that shape it for improved value delivery. Through case studies and exercises, participants learn the keys to improving business performance and organizational health.

4. Improve Value Delivery: Focus, align and accelerate change through a Catalyst Canvas template designed to co-create new ways of working across the organization that maximize customer satisfaction, team engagement, and business outcomes.

5. Lead Effective Change: Develop the competence as a change agent leading transformative initiatives within the organization. This includes understanding the difference between change and transition and how the most impactful leaders navigate the journey.

Day 2: Agility in Organizations

  • Aligning Values – Explore values and alignment for improved performance and health.
  • Organizational Agility – Distinguish outside-in and inside-out approaches for impactful change.
  • Levers of Change – Identify three key levers for shaping culture: structures, policies and metrics.
  • Value Delivery Case Studies – Dive into examples of improving organizational value delivery.
  • Catalyst Canvas™ – Practice a technique to focus, align and accelerate organizational change. 
  • Change & Transition – Distinguish change from transition and help co-create sustained change.
