Master the Role of Release Train Engineer (RTE) to Lead High-Performing ARTs and Drive Continuous Value Delivery.

This course provides you with the skills and knowledge to effectively execute SAFe®, facilitate key events like PI Planning, and continuously improve program-level processes.   • Background in Agile methodologies and are looking to support Agile teams in understanding SAFe® and Lean-Agile practices.
  • Role in leading or coaching Agile teams, Scrum Masters, or program-level events within a SAFe® organization.

With RTE you will
