With RTE you will

• Learn to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring alignment across teams and programs.
• Master the execution of Program Increments (PIs) and key SAFe® events, driving consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Apply Lean-Agile principles and tools to continuously improve program-level processes and delivery cycles.
• Develop skills to coach teams, leaders, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets for ongoing improvement.
• Create and sustain a high-performing ART environment, where teams work collaboratively to release value.

• Facilitating and executing PI planning and key SAFe® events with confidence and efficiency.
